You are just a pale, great blizzard with untamed hair. Even with wild bloods in your body, you couldn’t care less. Do you feel safe, Satoru? Even after those frightening cursed spirits that you need to reckon alone with no one to call for help because after all, you’re the strongest? It is true, Satoru. You are the strongest, I admit. But I saw you breathing heavily. Your eyes are slightly downwards and for some reason, it seemed lonely. Those blue eyes, the sparkles hit to my heart as if I never saw those kind of eyes before from you. It felt foreign to me. I could see the emotions that slowly fills up your veins like never before. Or perhaps, did you sense some grief around you? An ample of people were killed upon your eyes with screams that consumes your solitude. The fear in their eyes, why can’t I see some in yours? You tell people not to worry but deep inside, I know you worry a little. Bearable this, bearable that. Just say the words — “I need your help.” But you always say that you could deal it all alone.
Those long nights that you spent to carry everyone into your blessings, to save them from this ruthless, vile ground. Though you mostly resent yourself while you’re both losing your focus and your friends, you handled all of it alone for too well. For a split second, I almost thought that you enjoyed the idea of being merely there in the void, filling in the missing space for people. Nothing to call home; you are just a rain with no clouds. As long as you could shower them with love, you don’t seek the need to give yourself a look in the mirror. “It’ll be fine. I’m the strongest after all” well, are you? Satoru. The same man that deals with his grief all alone. The same man that cares for his students but never spare some for himself. The same man that always act like he’s witless as if he forgot the taste of fear. The same man that would do anything just to save everyone. You are always there for everyone. How come you’ve never asked for someone to be there for you? How long will it took you to realize that you can’t save everyone around you but yourself?
